Most recently as COO and Managing Partner at Aither, a design and tech studio, I scaled operations across three key areas: team growth (3 to 12 core, 20+ with contractors and specialists), revenue expansion (50% retainer increase and multiple six-figure contracts), and strategic infrastructure (restructured pricing and workflows, launched the lab, and positioned the company as a venture lab studio).
